Youngsters feature this week.

 

Jake Bullock embraced the task of being Montacute Run Director. Jake volunteers  as part of his Duke of Edinburgh award. His announcements to the 329 runners at the start of the run were very clear and confidently delivered.

 

This week's Langport PBs came from youngsters Jack Harvey and Samantha Perrin. Coincidentally, both Jack and Sam shaved 14 seconds off their previous PBs. Sam was running with mum Amanda and completed her 2nd Parkrun. Jack has now completed 7 Parkruns and is improving almost each week.

 

The run started with a surprising amount of wind. It then turned quite muggy. A little slippy on sheep poop too. Kyle came in 6th overall and topped our adult percentage score; with Liz only 0.01% behind! Amanda Bigger completed her 80th run and Sue was 10th in her category.

 

Martin and his son Isaac ran for the first time at Exeter Riverside. It looks like they are keen to try a different Parkrun each week.

 

Dave was the only other member at a different venue. Dave ran at Longrun Meadow, his first Parkrun for a few weeks. Welcome back Dave!
