It was Montacute’s 4th Birthday Party on Saturday and attracted a big crowd, in fact it was the 4th highest attended event to date. Our Chairman took up the theme of hats and silly wigs with aplomb.  Well done Steve!  It was James Andrews first run at Montacute easily setting himself a PB as his previous effort was at Ham Hill with a time of 27.42.  It was also nice to see Brian turnout for his 5th parkrun appearance.  I had an easy run as I had the Bridgwater half on Sunday.

It was also awards day at Montacute with Chester Sayfritz being the Male parkrunner of the year and Carol Knight the female parkrunner of the year.

Kyle continuing his return from injury with a light run around Shepton Mallet with Hazel.   Liz reigned supreme again this week and topped the table with an age graded score of 72% with Jack at 69% and Sue at 67% close behind.
