So we come to the first parkrun in December and just a few hardy soles from the club were out running. Numbers were down at all of the local parkruns. 240 at Taunton, 137 at Shepton Mallet, 101 at Street and just 198 at Montacute. Conditions were OK if you stayed away from the mud and the rain stayed away at Shepton Mallet.
James completed his Junior mile stone of 10 parkruns and did it by recording his 5k PB.
Well done to Paul who pipped Kyle to top of our table this week.
Next week at Taunton and Street they are collecting for food banks so if you are attending please bring along a tin or two it will be much appreciated.
James about to chuck his cap at me and sprint to the line
