My second report of the week and second Parkrun of the week.

Nick and I took ourselves off for a swim around the very soggy Longrun course, before settling in for our Christmas meal. We weren't alone.
We found 413 runners and a very festive atmosphere. Lots of colourful attire. Including Cathy in a Christmas jumper; respect in this unseasonably
warm weather. Paul topped the table again. The finish funnel was moved to a slightly drier part of the course, but by that time we had all given up on trying to keep our shoes and legs dry!

Over at Street, six Langport Runners were out running. The Nortons came out in force, Mike running with James and with Kate completing the course for the first time.

A note on Street's Facebook age: "We thought we might get about 50 people....
We had our highest ever attendance record of 226!!! Thanks to everyone for coming, what a great morning!
Merry Xmas from the parkrun team!"

Despite his cold, James Andrews ran at Cheltenham, while staying at his parents for Christmas, and came second in our table. He knocked an impressive one minute and 40 seconds off his last run here. Also Steve ran for the first time in Aylesbury. Coincidentally, both James and Steve were running their 95th Parkrun.
