Longrun Meadow seemed to be the preferred parkrun choice this week with five of our runners taking part there. Nice to see Cathy retuning to the fray with her first parkrun since the end of April due to injury. Paul performed to his normal high standards and topped the table this week. Amanda and Sam were course newbies this week. Dave was running his 165th parkrun and his 51st at Longrun Meadow.
Martin ran his 19th run at Street and his 47th in total and produced his 3rd quickest run. Roxane and Nick were at Seaton for their annual trip here. A quick peak at their stats show that they have turned up every year since 2016! No doubt a dip in the sea followed.
Kate and I were at a timed event in Reading on Saturday, which used the parkrun course. So just the 8 parkruns for me and 5 for Kate this weekend! I can recommended it if anyone is up this way, it is a nice flat, scenic run up and down the Thames!
