Training Sessions

Wednesday: This is the main session of the week with the largest turnout. The session caters for all abilities from the faster competitive runners to the slower enjoyment runners. Enjoy a run around the Langport area with a choice of longer or short routes. Afterwards stay on for a cup of tea and biscuits in our warm and comfortable club building. The session is FREE, however if you like to keep coming to club you are expected to join the club.


We ususally have several groups going out and running in the following paces:

11.00 min\mile pace* and over

9.30 to 11.00 pace*

8.30 to 9.30 pace*

7.45 to 8.30 pace*

Under 7.45 pace*  (if enough interest)

Training sessions - hill repeats; fartleks; sprints etc.  (if leader is available on the evening)
