Unfortunately, the course at Montacute was too waterlogged to allow the run to go ahead after the heavy rain we had last week.  I decided to have a little run out from my house instead and it was a little slippery out there!  Let us hope for some dry weather this week.

Just 5 LR ventured out with Grahame topping the table with an impressive age grade score of 65.93% for a first time run out in Winchester.  In fact he is the first LR to run at this venue, which is run on a mix of grass and tarmac paths. Grahame took advantage on a flat and fast course to record a time of 22:33.

Sam had a buggy run at Shepton Mallet.  Nick and Roxane were at Longrun Meadow and Amanda chalked up her 97th parkrun at Burnham.
