What a great turn out for Mike's 100th parkrun........ 20 humans and 8 four legged friends.
However, one noticeable absence .....................no Mike!

Unfortunately, Mike wasn't well enough to run and will re-arrange his celebrations.😩

Street parkrun was noisier than usual. Lots of barking at the start as it was Street's second BARKrun; a chance to run with your four
legged friend. Finish times, in the main, were slower than usual - perhaps due to the dogs - much sniffing, pooping etc - as well as
the very soggy fields. Woodchip really helped along the corridor which joins the two fields. However, the third lap was significanly more
muddy than the first and running seemed to become progressively harder.

There was one human PB - well done William. And one canine PB - our labrador Bella - who ran 3 minutes quicker than her first BARKrun
earlier this year. (This may have been due to a younger handler?) Pete Jones ran his very first parkrun (topping our table) and good to
see John running.

Lots of colourful Christmas attire this week.

Amanda B was our only tourist at Clumber Park, Nottinghamshire.

Don't forget there are parkruns on Christmas Day and a chance to do two on New Year's Day.

These are the participating venues (with times):
